Once the damages and severity are identified, MotionsCloud’s AI engine makes treatment recommendations if the damaged parts can be replaced or repaired. The mechanism and logic of the treatment recommendations are adjustable and customizable to specific use cases.

During the video call the claim manager can enable the Augmented reality (AR) drawing feature, which allows the manager to interact and collaborate with claimants/policyholders in real time. Both parties can draw on the picture, mark the damage, highlight the damaged area, add notes etc. They can choose between different options from the toolbar to enrich the interaction.

HD snapshot & recorded video

During the video inspection process, the claims manager would be able to take HD pictures through the phone camera instead of the video stream, and the video session can be recorded.
